Design details: I am looking for someone with a background in creating smart fabric and cooling materials or a manufacturer that is able to produce what I am looking for .I do not have a sample it has to be done from scratch unless someone has the knowledge and know-how to make the fabric that I need .For example if your body is hot the fabric will cool you down, if your body is cold it will warm you up.
Target audience: Manufacturer, smart technology
Messages to communicate through the design: I would like someone who has contact information so I can make sure before any time wasted that you are able to accomplish what I needed done.
Ideas for the visual style: Just basic neutral colors no print design needed

    Are you looking for the fabric or you would want it to be manufactured into garment? In whichever case do you have a quantity in mind?

    I would just like to know that you able to do what I am asking for example if the person body is cold the fabric we heat them up and if the person is warm the federal cooling down are you able to do this?
