Experience map graphic design

I'm looking for the graphic design of an A3 project experience map. A drawing of the layout is attached. The work will be done in two phases.

Phase 1 - Create the layout and add in the text as shown in the drawing (written copy can be sent rather than reading it in pen).

Phase 2 - Add in additional text boxes and written content where copy hasn't yet been written.

Branding information can be sent once proposal is accepted. This is for a corporate client so it needs to be someone comfortable creating professional looking materials.
