Excel Price List - Simple Spreadsheet Design

Good evening,

I have an urgent requirement for a basic excel price list design. I have the design layout in mind and I now want this replicated inside excel.

I would like,
- The design to be very similar (or better) as the sample.
- To be able to open up the excel template you create and edit the fields to my liking.
- To be able to easily create multiple pages.
- To be able to export to PDF and for it to appear consistent.

Please let me know if there's anything you would like clarified. I have attached the sample.
