Design Brief: Mole Energy Email Signature Redesign

Objective:
We’re looking for a refreshed email signature design that feels clean, modern, and aligned with our new website. Our current signatures feel busy and dated, so we want a simpler, more refined look while still maintaining key information.

Deliverables:
Please provide two versions of the email signature:
With logos – Including key accreditations and partnerships (MCS, Trustmark, MVF, Tesla) link to logos.
Without logos – A more minimal version, focusing on essential details.

Essential Information to Include:
Employee Name
Job Title
Phone Number & Email
Company Website

Design Considerations:
Clean & professional – Must align with the new website aesthetic (attached for reference).
Simple, easy to read, and not overly cluttered.
Should work well across different email clients (Outlook, Gmail, etc.).
If possible, include an area for temporary announcements (e.g., promotions, company news). This should be easy to update and remove as needed.
I will need it in a design file that I can edit to provide the team with their own signature.
