Electrical design engineer

Design details: Diversity load assessment. Don't expect success here, but I'll give it a go. We need a personalised diversity load assessment and computation in relation to the supply of power to a new large residential building. The qualified engineer would need to review the personal circumstances of the family, all elements to go into the building, and produce a diversity load assessment. This will be used to justify connection to the appropriate supply - needless to say our initial industry standard calculation does not fit the available supply (3x100amp), and requires a supply to 3x250amp, we believe this is not a real life assessment of our client's usage. I would expect 10 to 20 hours engagement.
