Editing of .ai files

I have a wedding table plan that I need to customise. There are 27 tables , each table has name and then a list of up to 10 people names on it. The total number of names is 256.
I need a photo added to it.

I also have another .ai file that requires a name and number to be added. I need 27 of these, they will be the names that will go on each table.

I may require some small tweaks e.g. alignment/scaling/font adjustment.

Id like the final deliverable as 2 ai files and 1 pdf of the plan and 1 pdf with all 27 table names on it.


As this is a wedding table plan, guests may cancel so I will need contact with you for the next 3 weeks incase there are any name changes required.
