Easy and fun to build app Creative design is necessary

I am looking for someone to build my app for Android and Apple. It is an app of quotes by famous writers. Should be able to browse and search topics, get random quote notifications, and share on Facebook, Twitter, and text message (adding personal notes to shares like "John I thought this would be great for you."). It should be light therapeutic blue and white and the quotes should be a cool artistic font in black. I will add the quotes in myself by topic. Also, we will work together to pick the layout of the advertisement.
