E-learning content re-design for a more interactive experience

Recruitment Juice is an online learning provider (see more at https://recruitmentjuice.com/). We currently create e-learning content using an authoring tool linked to our LMS but it has some limitations and we're looking to upgrade our delivery style. Our current content is video based with quizzes and reflective tasks and we're keen to develop a more interactive learning experience that incorporates visual quizzes, branching scenarios and perhaps gamification.
