Drawing and interior design for house.

I need drawing and interior design for house.
the house will be ground floor plus one.
the roof will be concrete.
the size will be 16.50 x 12m, you can add max one meter or remove some meters.
The total land I have is 40 x 40m.

The weather is between 20 - 45C.
I do not need big windows, the reason is to avoid sand wind, normally i want use air ventilation and summer time air condition.
Partition walls i want use Gypsum board.
