Draw a street scene like the one attached

Hi

I am looking to create a picture similar to the one attached.

The scene is perfect for what i want .I would like to recreate it and change some of the buildings
and vehicles.

Hi I want to use the picture for a web site it will take up a third of a page full width.

The picture will be used for an insurance broker socialising in Property Insurance.

The picture attached needs to be changed around with different properties so it doesn't look like its been copied.

I would like to add a house in the row which is boarded up a shop with a flat above and one of the properties leaning.

specialise in unoccupied property insurance Properties with subsidence mixed use properties where they are residential and commercial.They also offer insurance to unique properties like castles an converted windmills or water towers.

The picture attached has a car and bus driving up the road.

I was also thinking of reducing the road and have a hot air balloon in the sky which later can be coded so it moves from one side to the other or an aeroplane.
