Dog flier Designing

I need to have two dogs one blond and one black to removed their backgrounds and add a single colour background as per the sample attached.

One dog on the left and one on the right. Perhaps the reflection would be also good. No need to add faces in the background but the hair needs to be nicely selected and showing. Since one dog is Black, the background can be the same colour as the sample.

I will need the PSD file to add the text and move the dogs if needed.

I need for as soon as possible.
