Digital Brochure

Design details: I need a digital brochure which represents my company www.appzmaker.nl
When printed it needs to be 4 pages A4.
I have included one that I made myself quickly but it doesn't have the quality I need. (I am not a Designer ;-) )
I can deliver you all material and the included example in .xcf format.
Target audience: customers and prospects
Number of pages needed: 4
Content on the front/back side and body: front needs to be catching with not to much text
Ideas for the visual style: It needs to be modern
Things to avoid: The file can't be to large because then we can't send it by email.
Extra notes: if this one is going well. I want to make 10 more brochures for the 10 different verticals. So more work in the future.
