Digital Booklet

Design details: I am looking for someone who can create a small Digital Booklet that will consist of images and text. It needs to be small in file size so it can be emailed out with ease. It is essentially my CV but presented as an information booklet (like an album sleeve in a CD. I work in the football industry and I would like the first page to consist of my details & qualifications etc... then each page after that to consist of a picture or logo of the club I work/worked at on the left side and a job description on the right side. The first page would consist of my details & qualifications etc... the the club history's to follow. I want it to look professional & be easy to navigate
Number of pages needed: 12 approx
