Designer required for a couple of hours this morning/early pm

Hello

I am looking to see if there is a talents designer available this morning to begin a project for me. It is an A4 report document which needs to look as good as this example attached.

I will provide you links to my dropbox folder which contains everything including the set up indesign file with all content on pages and a similar report which you can use an inspiration.

I am not looking for someone to do the whole project, just get it started for me. You must have a good portfolio of work.
