Designer needed for Ladies shirt and blouse company

We are in need of a designer to work from mood boards and rough ideas to design a range of 3 or 4 ladies blouses, made from cottons and silks.

We need the designer to come up with spec sheets that we can then take to our manufacturer. Any other knowledge such as fabric manufacturers etc would also be appreciated.

We are based in Gloucestershire but the designer can work remotely, and we are able to meet most places in the UK.

We require the designer to start within the next few weeks, and would like the project finished within 2-3 weeks of the start date.
