Design details: I need a large amount of text updated within the attached PDF. I also need the image text on the title page changed.
The headings in the attached Word Doc will indicate where the text is to go. I need the updated PDF to be editable and at a print ready resolution.

Ideas for the visual style: document attached
Extra notes: We have this type of job often and so would be looking for someone who we can work with on an ongoing basis.
