Design Promotional A5 Flyer - English & Chinese Language

Hi Everyone,

I need an A5 leaflet designing for my small storage business. I already have examples of similar work, so this job is quite straight forward.

I would like the design in English and in Chinese so I can print on both sides of the flyer.
