Design personal trainer consultation documentation

hi to all great designers

i am a personal trainer that requires someone that will put together a great looking consultation pack

i have most of the material/content necessary but need a creative, experienced designer with deep understanding of UX and an eye for detail to help me package my offerings in a high quality format, I am highly interested if you have psychology and other related expertise to further develop the perfect package visually and deeper

this includes

- welcome pack
-consultation document
- template food diary and workout planner
- legals
