Description
Experience Level: Expert
Design, detailed engineering, schematic preparation, micro controller code development for Electric vehicle fast DC Charging Station of capacity 30KW (total approx.) rating with three different outputs with voltage level 48V DC and 72V DC with input is 415V, 3-Phase, 50Hz input. The EV charging station is proposed to be powered by either grid or solar inverter. The charger should have suitable LED indication, LCD display of parameters, protection trip & alarm, automatic sense of battery existing charging capacity as well as auto trip during complete charge of battery (allowed upto 92% of full capacity). There should be programmable touch screen to feed the battery parameters/ chemistry to give suitable rate of charging.
The scope includes only schematic design, firmware logic/ micro controller code development and offsite support during my prototype work. I will make hardware prototype after getting all necessary support.
Freelancer needs to send all the original source files. No PDF/JPEG file will acceptable."
