Design of a plane ticket/boarding pass

Design details: Design details: I want to surprise a friend with a plane ticket for her birthday. Since, I haven't decided yet where to go, I want to give her give her a 'fake' ticket/boarding pass with 'destination unknown'. This way I can still give her something tangible, a sort of a 'blank check'.
So I need someone who can design a plane ticket or boarding pass, with all the required characteristics of a normal plane ticket and with a bit of flair so it looks nice.
