** Design for Cleaning Schedule **

We are a Commercial Cleaning Contractor and require assistance designing and putting in place a cleaning schedule. This will essentially be a blue print that will be amended (technical spec) and revised (text only) according to each site.

Whilst the design element of this document can be basic, the information it contains must be easily understood and offer functionality. It will typically house the following:

Duties to be carried out over a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.

I'd anticipate this taking two A4 pages.

I want this document to contain enough information that it's useful for clients and staff alike and to see the value in this but not to onerous thats it's overlooked and becomes too complicated to follow...
