We require an electronics engineer to produce a hardware design for a video handset for a video door entry system
The supply voltage should be 40 V DC, with one wire for audio, and one wire for video. Data can be sent either, over the audio or video wire. All the above are on a parrellel bus.
Each Video handset will require an internal regulator to regulate down to 12V DC allowing a maximum voltage drop along the cable network of 25V DC and still function
The design should focus on a low build cost, and a low ambient current requirement. Eg Be enviromentally friendly
Both a schematic diagram and a bill of quantities should be produced. All other items are excluded from the scope of this project
Each door panel (upto 255) can select any video handset (upto 255). The vi
