Design aeroplane for scarves

Hi ,
Are you good at designing small aeroplane?
The budget is usd40
If yes , i need someone to design small aerople with different airline .
I attach the sampel of scarf with macaroon design .

You just need to :
1) change the background into pastel blue
2) replace the macaroon with small aeroplane with different airline each
3) draw a two line of soft blue and soft pink as the sample i attach
