Design a very creative flyer/poster

Design details: I need a very creative flyer/poster for my event which is both educational and funny, it is a new kind of training based on Stand-Up comedy. SO the work has to really reflect that.
Target audience: Young girls and boys
Number of pages needed: 1
Content on the front/back side and body: Front only
Ideas for the visual style: based on the 70's groovy and Psychedelic era, peace colors
Things to avoid: dull, serious and boring
Preferred colors: Orange, Red, yellow, Green and black all bright not a big problem
Extra notes: I need a creative designer to grasp the idea fast and run with it, to deliver a very inviting and energetic vibrational poster that can be blown up for the stage and great for social media sites to grab teh attention of my crowd.. I need someone who i can work with on many other design, thanks!
