Design a 3 fold leaflet

I’m looking for urgent support with designing a clean, editable InDesign template for a tri-fold brochure/leaflet.

I only require the template design – I’ll be updating the content and images myself, so it needs to be easy to edit.
Key requirements:

- Tri-fold brochure layout (suitable for print)
- Clear text and image placeholders
- A styled table with 4 columns and 6 rows for adding prices (no borders)
