Design 1 Page 8.5 x 11" brochure (double sided)

Design details: I have all of the copy of a membership brochure that needs to be designed via INDD. I have the .INDD file zipped that I will send to you upon acceptance of job (and a PDF example is attached).

REQUIREMENTS:

- Set up character styles for all text, to include (H1, H2, H3, body, bold text, bulletted text, numbered text, highlight text, pull-quote text).

- Use rulers and make sure text is placed appropriately both horizontally AND vertically.

- Reformat masthead so that it does not have a bleed so that we can print in-house.

- Aesthetically, the masthead and the logo must stay. All other call out graphics and images can be removed/manipulated/redesigned.
Target audience: CEO/Professional
Number of pages needed: 2
Content on the front/back side and body: all in INDD file already- just needs designed
Ideas for the visual style: clean, professional, bold
Extra notes: The current copy is for our Minnesota affiliate. There are 30 other affiliates with their own data which will need to be merged in to this document during phase 2. I need a designer that knows how to merge from excel into an INDD file (for phase 2). Phase 2 can be quoted at a later time.
