Deal or no deal boxes!

Design details: I need one large box saying star prize and 30 boxes numbered , 1-30.

A bit like this but without the betting bits or the numbers down the side:

On a separate image I need a single box that has been opened, a bit like the following, but inside needs to be blank and the front also needs to be blank. Ideally it would be face on and not at an angle.
