Data interpretation

I am a doctor of nursing student conducting a change project that consists of reducing the percentage of lab testing errors over a span of eight weeks. Currently, I am collecting data twice a week and need assistance interpreting the data for dissemination. I am using a pre- and post-implementation scoring survey. I will attach the project detail for your review. Please provide feedback on how you will be able to provide the necessary data for dissemination. I have no idea on what I'm doing :(
