Cut out images in photoshop

Hi there,
We need 25 images cut out in photoshop - and need them back by tomorrow lunch time. We will supply all the images - and need them back as eps files with a transparent background

13 photos - people, most of them are head and shoulders shots, but a few are a group photo and 1 person needs to be cut from it.
12 photos - Various UK landmarks.

Most of them are ok resolution to use on powerpoint - but if you come accross any thats not - I will try and find a better one.

I am attaching 2 examples of the images.
