I need an Electronics/Embedded Systems designer who can complete the following;
Design/create a custom PCB with the following specification acting as wifi router/extender with 20A 240V realy and current/voltage monitoring;
- PCB relay board not larger 90mm x 40mm x 20mm
- With Latching or Solid State Relay Rated 20A / 240V
- Wifi/wireless ESP8266? Connectivity
- USB connection
- Ethernet connection
- Current & Power Readings via Current Transformer mounted/integrated on PCB
- Micro SD Card for storing power/voltage/current readings and custom firmware
- Onboard webserver capable of following; HTTP POST/GET
o for changing relay to OPEN/CLOSE
o for Status of relay (open/close]
o for current value
o for accumulated power kW/Watt value
o for voltage value
o Setting IP range/value
o Setting frequency of power/current/voltage logging [10sec to 10min]
- Webserver capable of running routerOS or openWrt services
Would also need this in a low profile plastic case.
With screw terminals for 240 input and output.
Do not need any custom application for android/IOS etc
Do not need any remote server, PCB just needs to act as normal router with current/voltage sensing and 20A relay
