Custom Invite Design: Corporate Christmas/Birthday Celebration

I need a designer who can create eye catching assets for email or print, to invite staff, customers and suppliers to a corporate celebration. Our company www.yourshortlist.com has a trademarked character/vector "Shorty", and I'd like to incorporate him in to the design to keep on brand. The event is 19th December, and I'd like to have the design agreed by 31st July to begin circulating with international attendees in August.
