Creative ideas for skincare brand

Design details: I have a natural skincare brand that specialises in products for dry sensitive skin (we are currently changing our marketing strategy from being shea butter driven to dry skin driven), and I am looking for someone that can take care of the creative side of things.

An example of what I will expect includes editing images for social media, helping in the development of campaigns, creating brand stories etc... work will vary and be assigned on a month to month basis.

The business is in start up phase so the work load to start with will be small, ie: currently we are looking to tell a story of who we are as a brand across social media.
