Create whitepaper design using existing content - Marine Telemedicine System

Design details: Hi - i'm looking for a whitepaper design. I have the content for a Marine Telemedicine Whitepaper and it needs branding up and designing to be an engaging piece of content/lead magnet.

I would like to make it represent our brand and make it look really innovative and forward thinking. I’d also like some strong images included to really engage the reader. (we have a shutterstock account so please just ask us for highrez images that you need and we can buy if relevant)

The design needs to available as a PDF for a digital only audience as well as in an InDesign format so we can make edits and update in future.
Target audience: Mariners, Fleet Managers, Ship managers
Content on the front/back side and body: Title, photo or illustration, logo / backpage same but with company contact details
