Create three TrueType fonts identical to Intermec Printer Fonts

This work is to re-create identically three fonts built into an Intermec label printer into TrueType fonts so that we can print the same label identically on a different branded label printers. We are a company that provides software for designing labels once and then printing labels to any device and the output will be the exactly the same (WYSIWYG). We have a customer who wants to use our software but historically they have been using the fonts built into their Intermec printer for their labelling. In order to make the labels print identically once running in our software we need to re-create the Intermec fonts exactly into local TrueType fonts – basically re-creating the fonts that are built into the printer to print exactly the same using TrueType fonts.

Fonts to be re-created:
- Intermec 8 point monospace
- Intermec 12 point monospace
- Intermec 5x7 standard

The process we have to undertake is to create the fonts and compare against the output from the intermec printer native fonts to make identically the same. Font design and spacing is critical to this.

This project was previously started so we have these fonts already developed but are not correct. The contractor can choose to refine these fonts or start again.
