Create brand design theme and elements (no logo)

Hi
I'm looking for a designer/illustrator who has experience with branding, and can pull together several elements to build a brand look for a website, and documents. I have the logos, fonts, main colours and a few complimentary colours, plus I have site examples and an illustration I want to base the design premise on (has graphical illustration of people moving boxes), but I need help with pulling the whole thing together with brand design elements for the following:
- cement a colour scheme
- a simple style guide that will steer the creative (for website, fonts,
- icons
- 2/3 similar web banners
- custom graphics based on examples

I would like to see links to examples of work in proposals.
