Experience Level: Entry

I looking for someone to create an image that is similar to the circular one here https://ftf.agency/services/ that moves when clicked changing the text in the centre. I'd prefer the change to be on hover and will have 5 sections to add to our version.

I will provide the text straight away and need this doing quite quickly. When applying please advise your timescale for delivery please.
