Create A5 rerto cover based on example provided

Please reproduce this image as a layered photoshop file, at a high enough spec for print.

Make it look retro like the original, using dither/subtle texture.

Reuse the original text, I will update that text after the design is ready.

Spec:
- This will be printed in A5 - 300dpi
- Produce a Photoshop layered file - so I can make changes where needed
- Colour palette will be provided, it will be a limited palette of 6-8 colours (red, green, blue etc)

Budget is for example - please suggest your fee. In approximately one month, we will have a full brochure to design in this style and format.
