Hi,
I have (very basically) designed two double sided "score cards" that i simply need converted in to a clean finished product so i can get them printed on card. The files must be in formats that i can send to a printing firm to get them printed. The dimensions should be 4" by 12" and when used they will be folded in half to fit in to a pocket so the sections for data entry must avoid that center line.
Please see pictures attached. I will also attach my logo.
