Hi Gabriele, just so your expectations are set, it's impossible for a PowerPoint document to be exactly the same as an InDesign document, as the latter is a professional publishing application and PowerPoint is merely for presentations.
If your PowerPoint document is going to be professionally printed, then again, this won't be possible as a printer wouldn't accept that file.
If you can adjust your expectations, so that the PowerPoint document isn't exactly the same and the inevitable compromises are accepted, I can bid on this job.
