Convert Image to Stencil

I need the attached image converting into stencil ready artwork. Primarily I need the shield and helmet however if more can be added that would be good.
Please only apply to this if you have a good understanding of stencils and specifically the design with regard to bridges and islands.
This has been re-posted due to timewasting and the person I originally chose not fully understanding the brief. As such this is now required quite urgently.
