Convert an Indesign Doc to .idml + older version of InDesign

I am not able to open an InDesign document, as it was created in a newer version of what i currently have.

I can't ask the sender to save it as .idml or older version, so i need someone to urgently and quickly do this for me.

The document is a 3 page brief - with some text and icons (no heavy graphics/images).

I would appreciate it if someone could:
- Open my document in InDesign
- Save it As: idml
- Save it As:: older version of InDesign (if possible)
