• YouTube video thumbnails (multiple per week, matched to regular filming schedule)
• IG/LinkedIn carousels (8-slide format)
• IG static quote/graphic cards
• Occasional podcast/webcast episode thumbnails

What I’ll provide: locked brand spec and templates for each vertical (exact colours, typography, layout rules, reference examples), source photos/stills weekly, hook copy per asset — you’re designing to spec, not writing copy.

What I need from you:

• Comfortable working across multiple distinct brand identities — cross-industry design experience welcome
• Fast in Canva or Figma, 48-hour turnaround on weekly batches
• Portfolio showing range — any mix of finance/B2B and real estate/lifestyle work is a plus
• Able to build 2-3 reusable templates per vertical, then execute against them repeatably

Structure: please quote both a per-asset rate and a weekly retainer rate for the full deliverable list above. Looking to start with a trial batch before committing to the ongoing arrangement.
