Contempary Designer for 60 page insight report layout

I have an urgent need for a experienced contempary designer who can layout a 60 page Business to Business Insight Report. It is important that the designer has a good grasp of Business English as the ability to understand the flow of the content and how it fits and flows into the design are essential for this project to be on point.

I have attached two ZED documents that show our company design still, which is very minimalistic, with good use of image and pull quotes to bring the document to life. I have also attached a thrid document from Barclays that I like, to give some further clarity. We are a Youth Development agency, so it needs to be serious but fun and full of life. I like fonts like Lao UI which create good space in the document and are easy to read for a long insight report.
