Complete Website redesign - No development just a template reskin looking at user interface design

We are in need of an experienced designer who is not only super creative but has an appreciation and deep understanding of UX/GUI to analyse our site, and provide us with a newly designed home page, listings pages, checkout pages and back end design. This will include logo, headers, footers, page structure, css styles on buttons and forms etc. This does NOT include development, so all you code junkies out there... Take a back seat guys!...
