Complete Joomla Web design

I currently have a website that I do not like and started creating a new one in Joomla. I selected Joomla so I can add/delete what I want on my own, but I don\'t really know that much about websites. Please forgive any descriptions below for not being professional. I need assistance in the following:

Add Facebook
Show shopping cart for each product
Create Shopping cart for checkout
Add shipping fees
Testimonial page is not displaying correctly
Add tax info for AZ
Prices are not displaying in each product review
Paypal needs to be added to new site
Search engine words for searching
Shut off old website and replace with new one
