Commercial estimates/quantity take-offs

I am looking to develop an estimator resource to help with multiple commercial building quantity estimates/ take-offs. These would rang from full project estimates to separate trade quantity take-off. This would be open on-going position base on client requirements.

I am marketing estimating services to subcontractors, general contractors, architects/designers and clients. Speed and accuracy are keys to making this successful. I am hoping this turns into a well established and busy venture.
