Coded HTML email signatures

We currently have an email signature design we like but they are not coded or formatted properly so we are unable to use these in Microsoft outlook 365. Are you code and format these in the same layout and design as out attachments?

We are wanting these so everything is hyper linked to the correct URL's but then also be able to highlight parts of the signature so people can copy and paste elements of the signature - is this possible? we don't want everything embedding into one image.

Lastly, the main signatures have profile images on the design but we are also needing a slightly simpler design with out the profile images on for email replies. Would be needing 5 signatures + 5 reply email signatures.
