Coaching plan - quick turn around

I am looking for someone to take my powerpoint presentation and then turn it into a coaching plan for me to be able to pitch to a client of mine.

I need the top to feature my logo, brand name and then company mission and vision statement.

then our methodology

and then a few boxes with dates beginning 4th April and week steps for me to be able to interactively change the dates and fill in key in formation in the boxes depending on the client I am speaking to.

Also, if we can some how create it in a landscape format so it looks like a time line that would be great.
