CD & DVD templates for Epson Print CD programme

I need two templates for printing CDs and DVDs in the Epson Print CD format (you can download the software free from https://www.epsonprintcd.com/download-for-windows) in Windows 11, in the Epson format .ec4.

The layout should be in colour, simple and elegant, with design features purely abstract (no photos).
There should be space to insert a typical wording such as for the CD:

Mozart
Piano Concertos 20 and 24
Alfred Brendel
London Symphony Orchestra
Andre Previn

And for the DVD:

Swan Lake
Margot Fonteyn, Rudolf Nureyev
The Royal Ballet
1971

And I'd like five versions of each, CD and DVD.
