Experience Level: Intermediate
I am in the process of buying a bungalow that has full planning to remove the roof and install a new level, making the house a modern 4 bed detached house.

This is the first project i have taken on of this size and I now need a QS to cost the job to ensure that the price coincides with my initial assessment.


Attached are the proposed floor plans and elevations. My architect is currently finishing up the construction drawings and building regs drawings.

    Hi,
    I have the plans drawn up I need someone to cost the project for me. I will be using SIPS to create the new level and roof. I've had some prices for this which includes the erection so I need someone to take the building control plans and give me a price for construction of the project.
    This is my first build so my apologies if I've missed something or simplified something.
